Born in HongKong, raised in Sudan, Africa, lived in Guam, and, now living in America, I have been given the privilege to understand the different cultural and traditional differences from different parts of the world.

From experience, I have come to recognize that providing great Customer Service is the key to a successful business, even in today's climate where information is free-flowing and DIYs, but ultimately, people still need to know you care and will do right by them.

As a result, I have developed excellent listening skills, along with outstanding international negotiating skills, in addition, to establish life-long relationships.
