Tracy Qi is a Buyer Specialist with the Heng Seroff Group. Before working with clients directly, she worked closely with Alex Seroff as his Executive Assistant, gaining valuable experience working on over 100 transactions in a short period of time. From interacting directly with clients to managing transaction files, to ensuring all schedules were maintained, Tracy served an invaluable role in assisting Alex close over $200 million of sales in only two years.

She was born in Beijing, China, and graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Graphic Design, Tracy found her way to her passion, real estate. She has been living in the Bay Area for over 20 years, mostly in Cupertino, although she has worked on transactions in most cities from San Mateo to San Jose.
Prior to real estate, Tracy worked in the insurance industry for over two years and is licensed in Casualty and Property insurance, which gives her the ability to help many buyers understand their insurance coverage for their new home.
