- 1983 - Gary Keller co-founds Keller Williams Realty with Joe Williams.
- 1986 - The ALC is founded, introducing a fair commission structure, profit sharing, open books, and the WI4C2TES.
- 1996 - Keller Williams University is formed. KW MAPS Coaching is created.
- 2004 - Millionaire Real Estate Agent is published and becomes a national best seller.
